By creating an account or using Real-Life Talent Tree you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Evangelos Karatzas, an individual based in the United Kingdom.

The service

Real-Life Talent Tree lets you build, share, and embed visual skill trees. It is provided free of charge, as a personal hobby project, with no uptime or availability guarantees. Features may change or be removed at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to register. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or infrastructure
• Scrape or abuse the service in ways that degrade its availability for others
• Use it for commercial purposes without prior written agreement

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or permanently deleted without notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the talent trees and content you create. By making a tree public, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that tree to other users and embed viewers. You can revoke this at any time by making the tree private or deleting it.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind — express or implied. Data loss is possible. Do not rely on this service as the sole record of important information. Use the JSON export feature to keep your own backups.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Evangelos Karatzas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be communicated to registered users by email. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
